At Sable Palettes, we are dedicated to providing high-quality wall art and canvases designed to last. We offer a 1-Year Warranty on our prints and canvas pieces.

Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal indoor storage or display conditions, including:
  • Canvas and Print Defects
  • Cutting and Sizing Flaws
What’s Not Covered
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental or environmental damage
  • Damage from Third-Party Handling
How to Initiate a Claim
  1. Submit a Request: Email us at sablepalettes@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the affected artwork.
  2. Assessment: Our team will review the claim to see if it falls under warranty coverage. If eligible, we will provide a replacement of the item.
  3. Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for sending out your replacement artwork during the warranty period.
Important Notes
  • This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from sablepalettes.com.
  • Warranty claims must be made within 1 year from the purchase date.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
