Processing & Shipping Policy

1. Processing

Sable Palettes orders are processed from Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Because our items are made-to-order and crafted specifically for you, processing typically takes 2–10 business days. We kindly ask that you wait until the final scheduled business day for your tracking information to update.

2. Shipping

To ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible, we partner with several carriers, including USPS, UPS, and DHL. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days (Monday–Saturday). Sable Palettes is not responsible for any shipping delays once your order leaves our warehouse; consequently, refunds cannot be granted for carrier delays. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for the most recent updates.

Split Shipments: Multiple items in a single order may ship separately to ensure their safety. For example, if you purchase both canvas and print variants, you will receive two (2) separate tracking numbers.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided for an order. Upon request, we can provide the delivery date, tracking history, and carrier details to assist your investigation. Sable Palettes can only ship to the valid address you entered at checkout, we are not liable if this information is entered wrong on your end. Please double check your order details before finalizing your purchase. 

Return to Sender: If your order is returned to us under any circumstances including but not limited to an insufficient address, unclaimed, etc., we will issue you a store credit deducting a $15 shipping and handling fee on the store credit total. If you prefer to have your order reshipped, a $15 reshipment fee will be required to cover new shipping costs.

Route Shipping Protection: We always recommend purchasing our Route shipping insurance at checkout. This allows us to offer a refund or replacement if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that Route shipping insurance fees are non-refundable. Customers that do not purchase shipping insurance at checkout must file a claim directly with the carrier to receive compensation, in the event of a lost or stolen package as the package becomes the carrier’s responsibility once dispatched.
