At Sable Palettes, every piece is created specifically to your requirements, classifying them as made-to-order or custom made. For this reason, we do not allow cancellations, offer refunds, returns/exchanges in the event of a change of heart or any other reason for altering your purchase decision—all sales are final.

You can request changes to your order within 24 hours of purchase, though please note, all requests are subject to approval and are not guaranteed. After this 24-hour period, we cannot honor any change requests as your order has already undergone processing. We highly recommend you to double-check all order details, including sizes and variants, before finalizing your purchase. 

For rare cases of production flaws or deviations from your design/variations, get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll inspect it thoroughly and, if verified, handle replacements, repairs or returns at no additional cost. Authorized claims that lead to refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Please be advised that Route Shipping costs are non-refundable as it is considered fully used once your items have been dispatched.
